Order Processing (Before it Ships)
We start preparing your order as soon as you place it.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- You’ll receive an email confirming your order right away, and another email as soon as your package leaves our facility with your tracking number.
Delivery Time (After It Ships)
Once your order is in the carrier’s hands:
- U.S. delivery: 3–7 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other issues. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Change Your Shipping Address?
Made a typo or need to send your order somewhere else?
- You can update your address until 11:00 PM EST on the same day you placed your order.
- Just email us at support@timecraftedco.com with your order number and the correct address.
After that window, we’ve likely already processed your order and cannot make changes. But don’t worry—if your package gets returned to us, we’ll help you reship it.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses!
Some carriers have delivery restrictions for these locations. If we run into any issues, we’ll reach out to you right away to find an alternative address.
What If Your Order Arrives Damaged?
We carefully package every item, but accidents can happen during transit.
If your jewelry arrives damaged:
- Email us at support@timecraftedco.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage
We’ll send you a free return label and ship out a replacement right away—or give you a full refund, your choice.
Changed Your Mind? Need a Different Size?
No problem. We offer 30-day returns and exchanges.
- You pay return shipping if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
- We pay return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong thing.
